Important Notice: As of 28th March '07 @ 19.45 (GMT) I have updated the downloads with fixed helmet meshes and new custom .egm files. This will repair the problem of oddly positioned helmets for both the replacer and the Daedric Priestess armour. If you downloaded before the above date and time, I recommend re-downloading. Sorry for the inconvenience, folks.
G'day you fine folks. Welcome to the release of my take on Bethsoft's concept art for the female Daedric armour.
This simple little hatchet job started out as a request from a couple of folks at the ElderScrolls forums, who wished to see a female Daedric armour more like the one that Bethsoft showed us in the concept art prior to Oblivion's release. There are no new textures, just edited meshes - all the amour parts were squished and chopped from the original vanilla meshes. The only new mesh is the skirt part of the greaves. But I think I managed to keep quite close to the concept design - there was some disagreement on what the helmet should look like so I did 3 variations to cover different tastes. The armour comes in female only, will replace female only.
There is a choice of two downloads:
One uses Bethsoft body parts that I edited for a better shape.
The other uses Exnem's body parts (beta version).
If you don't already have Exnem's body installed, choose the other version.
The ReadMe is quite extensive so make sure you read it to ensure you install what you want correctly; there are options for installation... so its not just a straight forward unzip-to-data-folder job. Unzip to a temporary folder and read the instructions

Download VA/Bethsoft Body version
Download Exnem Body version - you must have Exnem's body installed already for this to work.
I have also edited the stock daedric shield to be more in keeping with the new armour. It is a mesh only replacer for the vanilla shield:

You may leave feedback/complaints either here or at the ESF. Hope y'all like it anyway. I stuck as close as I could to the concept art... its not perfect but it'll do I think.
